The project is located in front of Tongji University and is meant to tie the surrounding community with members of the university to atract local talent, create connections, promote creativity, well-being and social activities, with nature as one of the main characteristics of the design.

The area designated for the project is known for the abundance of trees and plants in the surroundings, which is why it was sought to create a continuity of those green spaces on the ground floor and throughout the project. The most prominent are located on the bridges that connect both towers and on the rooftop of Tower A.

The towers have fifteen and eighteen levels respectively, each level accommodates diferent uses like coworking, innovation, culture, arts, gastronomy, agriculture, recreation, among others. The design of the ground level aimed to activate street space by including green spaces that the community could make their own.
